I found these frosty, ferny-looking beauties on our living room windows this morning. Tonight the frost is even thicker on the windows. Old windows and sub-zero weather, but we have warmth and cheer within.
Inside we are cozy and bookish. I’m reading about Condaleeza Rice for my Brighter Winter Reading about a woman I admire. And Beecher Stowe’s Uncle Tom’s Cabin helped to snuff out the candle. Anne Frank, Joanna Gaines, and Alcott too. I’ve read them all before, but they are worth rereading. Elv is reading Anabaptist history.
