Let’s do this. It’s Monday. The Northland Ladies Retreat came to pass splendidly. Today has been unloading-do laundry-find normal day. The weather God gave us all weekend is still with us. We have leaves floating on the breeze and sparkling golden sunshine.
I found the kitchen finally today under random projects and four days of quick snacks and morning coffee.
What’s on your table? The beautiful, ugly vase came from a used shop and the flowers from Lisl’s gardens. It’s blessing me immensely today.
I just start somewhere. You can get a lot of fuel for the journey of house work by picking one spot to beautify quickly. Clear the table off. Just set the stuff over on the counter or anywhere. The goal is to have a clean surface. Then add your fresh flowers and whatever else is pleasing and relaxing. Now you have set the standard. Glory in it. Thank the Lord and grab the next piece of chaos and corral it.
There Tammy, that’s my best for today. I have a barnstorm going on to scribble up, though. We’ll see what comes of it.
